Allowed file types

Audio files#

• You can upload .wav, .aiff, and .flac files of any bit depth and sample rate
• The maximum file size per audio file is 500MB
• Audio files cannot be longer than 30 minutes

If you have a use case that requires larger files, do not hesitate to contact us.

Image files#

• You can upload .jpg, .jpeg, and .png files
• The maximum file size per image is 7MB
• Images cannot be larger than 100 megapixels (for example, 10,000 x 10,000 pixels)
• We recommend square images with 1:1 aspect ratio otherwise some cropping will be applied in our player
